Yes. Switch to Strong mode and use the guide combs and adjustable knob to set the length. Brush out tangles and make sure the coat is clean and dry first. For severe mats, ask a professional groomer.

Every Furry Touch tool has two power modes. Press the button once for Quiet mode, which is low noise and gentle for nervous pets and sensitive areas. Press it twice for Strong mode, which has more power for thicker coats and full-body trims.

Quiet mode is made to be low noise, so it is easier on nervous pets. Start in Quiet mode and let your pet get used to the sound before using Strong mode.

No. Keep fur clean and dry while trimming. Wet or dirty fur makes trimming harder and dulls the blades faster.

Hold the Paw Trimmer at an angle of more than 30 degrees. A steep 90 degree angle can over-trim or cut the skin. Never press the skin between the toes into the blade, and go slowly around eyes, ears, and paws.

Align the comb with the blade edge and push it forward until it sits firmly in place. To remove it, pull it off firmly.

The Grooming Kit runs up to 3 hours on one charge, with an LED display that shows the battery level.

Turn it off, connect the Type-C cable, and plug the USB end into a power source. A full charge takes about 3 hours. Charge it fully before the first use.

Slight warmth during use or charging is normal. Do not charge it in very hot places (above 40 C / 104 F) or in freezing temperatures (below 0 C / 32 F).

Take it to a designated battery recycling site. Never throw it in the regular trash.

After each use, wipe the trimmer with a clean cloth and use the cleaning brush to remove hair from the blades. Then add a few drops of clipper oil.

Oil the blades after cleaning, before or after each use. This keeps them smooth, cool, and sharp.

No. Never rinse it under a tap, submerge it, or use it in a bath or shower. Wipe the body with a lightly damp cloth or diluted soapy water, and make sure it is dry before charging. Do not use gasoline, thinner, or alcohol, which can damage the finish.

Keep it somewhere dry and well ventilated, away from heat. Do not take the product apart.

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order in the United States, with no minimum. If you need it faster, Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Free Standard shipping then takes 3 to 5 business days, so about 4 to 7 business days in total. Express shipping takes 2 to 3 business days, or about 3 to 5 in total. You will get tracking by email once your order ships. We currently ship within the United States only.
