Shipping and returns
Shipping
Free shipping on every order. Standard shipping is free on all orders in the United States, with no minimum.
Processing. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will get tracking by email once your order ships.
Delivery times (United States).
- Standard shipping (free): 3 to 5 business days after your order ships, or about 4 to 7 business days from the day you order.
- Express shipping ($15): 2 to 3 business days after your order ships, or about 3 to 5 business days from the day you order.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. We currently ship within the United States only.
30-day returns
How long do I have?
30 days from the delivery date to start a return.
What can I return?
Items that are unused and in their original packaging, with everything that came in the box. For pet hygiene, opened or used trimmers and grinders can only be returned if they are defective.
Defective or wrong item?
We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and we pay for return shipping. Contact us with your order number and a photo or short video.
How do I start a return?
Email help@furrytouchpets.com with your order number. We will send instructions and a return address.
Who pays for return shipping?
Free for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, the customer pays return shipping. Exchanges for a different item ship free.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is our error.
Warranty
One-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Batteries and blades are wear parts and are not covered.
