12-month warranty

Every Furry Touch product is backed for 12 months from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. If something isn't right, we'll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund.

What's covered: defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What's not covered: normal wear of blades and batteries, and damage from drops, misuse, water, or taking the product apart.
