This is a great tool for grooming your dog or cat, espcially for beginners. It includes 2-speed rechargeable clippers, multiple spacing guides, scissors, a sturdy comb, a small container of lubricating oil, and instructions. There is some adjustment in trim length on the trimmer body itself, aside from the clip-on guides.I tried this on my Australian Shepherd after we gave him his spring bath and a good brushing. The cordless clippers made it much easier to trim him up outside, with no cord to tangle up in. (I need a little practice with these to get smooth transitions, but thankfully hair grows back!)The clippers are fairly quiet on both low and high settings, without much vibration undertone. A display on the body indicates charge level as a percentage, a helpful feature if using it for an extended trim session. It used about 25% of the charge for about 20 minutes of trimming. Recharging is quick, but this does use its own cord, so don’t misplace that.This trimmer was easy to use and Ranger looks so much better, despite my inexperience with this task. Overall, this is a good value, solidly built, and a good choice for a budget trimmer set.

Love the quality of the hair cutter. No too expensive, love the that you change the speed of cutting, and the battery stays longer than I thought it should. Also the many levels the cutter has great too

This furry touch grooming kit comes with everything that I need to keep up with my two puppies haircuts in between grooming appointments.It comes with good quality trimmers. They’re cordless and rechargeable. There are 2 modes “quiet & strong” basically a high setting at 7000 RPM & low at 6000 RPM. There’s a digital readout on the trimmers that give you the battery percentage & the speed settings. There are 6 guide combs of different lengths. The charge has lasted since I’ve first fully charged it & I’ve used it about 4 times so far, twice on each dog & it’s still at 40%. I trimmed up their head, ears, chin and neck twice so far & then their bodies one time. They had a haircut about 6-7 weeks ago so I’ve only had to trim their body once each and they look nice & these trimmers work really good. There is a little weight to the trimmers but it is comfortable to hold.They also come with scissors, a metal comb, trimmer oil, the little cleaning brush for the trimmers and a storage bag. I was super stoked about the storage bag. I hate when I have to store things like this in the box in came in to keep it all together. The bag is so much more convenient.I’m happy with this grooming kit. Everything is good quality & seems durable. The price is reasonable compared to similar kits that include close to the same things.

Not bad for the price. The quality seems good (decent). It does the job and it's gentle on my fur baby's skin. The only negative is the noise (it's pretty loud) but as long as it does the job for me, I can careless how loud I is.

The different power modes are a nice touch too, especially if you want a quieter setting.My only downside is that the blade is more narrow than our old one which means more passes and while it includes a storage bag, it doesn’t come with a hard container. A very nice, complete kit for grooming your dog at home. It comes with the clipper, six guide combs, a USB charging cable, a metal comb, and a pair of scissors.Clipper: The machine itself feels well made and solid. It has a small display that shows the remaining battery and the cutting speed setting. There are two speeds low and high so you can adjust depending on your needs. The top blade appears to be some kind of plastic, but it’s still sharp while remaining safe. I tested it on my own skin first, and it didn’t nip or cut at all, which gave me confidence using it on my dog. Battery life is also quite good I’d say you can groom about two dogs on a full charge.Guide combs: This is the main reason I’m giving the product 3 stars. The way the combs attach to the clipper causes my dog’s hair to get caught along the sides. I have a Maltipoo with very soft hair, and it kept getting stuck near the locking mechanism on the sides where the comb attaches to the machine. This happened often enough that I ended up using the clipper without the combs altogether. Without them, the machine cuts smoothly and works great but with them, it becomes frustrating. Depending on your dog’s coat type, this might not be an issue. Dogs with coarser or stiffer hair may have a better experience.Scissors & comb: The scissors are just okay not the highest quality. They don’t close perfectly at the tips and aren’t as sharp as I’d like. The included metal comb is more useful, with dual spacing (fine teeth on one side, wider on the other), which helps with different parts of the coat.Overall, the clipper itself performs really well and feels safe to use, but the guide comb issue takes away from the experience. For my dog, it defeated the purpose of having the comb attachments, which is why I’m rating it 3 stars.For storage, there is a pouch in the kit that fits the machine and all the attachments inside so you can store it somewhere without missing anything in the kit.

This cuts so much better than my old one and yes it is much quieter -until you put the guards on. Then it is very loud. (I could barely get my old one to cut with the guards so it is still and it is still an improvement.) I definitely want to use the guards. I was able to lessen the noise by pressing on the guard firmly with my finger so if I can cut like that it should work. There are 6 guards from 3 mm to 18 mm, a nice pair of scissors, a metal comb and nice fabric bag to keep everything together. I noticed that it has a specialized charging cable unlike the ubiquitous C cords that I have all over my house which means I need to take good care that I don't lose or damage it. This is an early review so I don't know about battery life or durability yet but I am excited to get started with it.

I was able to get through the process without struggling with my pup. I love that it is cordless and the power holds out well. I tested out the FURRY TOUCH brand Dog Grooming Kit $34.99 which has a white color trimmer. Only the trimmer itself is white. All the spacing accessories are black colored plastic.This is a very light, battery powered trimmer. Thanks to it's all plastic housing, it weighs only 200 grams (7 ounces) and runs on a 7.4 volt battery. The recharging port is not USB but the 2-pin mini D style adapter (pic5).According to the listing, it could run for 3 hours on a single charge.NOTE: 3hr runtime is on the quiet (low) mode setting which operates at 6,000RPM. This trimmer has a second mode called strong mode which runs at 7,000 RPM. The trimmer has only one button which toggles between the 2 speed settings and on/off. The mode/speed is displayed on the LCD screen in RPM. For some reason, the first 2 digits are twice the font size of the last 2 digits (pic3). I don't know why all 4 digits can't be the same font size.As far as performance, this trimmer worked flawlessly. I tested it on my arm and it removed all the hair in 1 pass without any nicks or cuts.The takeaway is this groomer trimmer cuts hair smoothly and did not struggle despite being battery powered.The metal guard tines (teeth) protects against cuts but the metal itself is a bit scratchy so avoid using around delicate areas.CONCLUSION: I really like how well this trimmer performed but found the 2 speeds to be a bit limiting. Also, the entire housing is plastic which gives it the feeling of being a low end model even though it works very well. If you can look past the all plastic body and judges it solely on its performance, I think you'll be just as impressed as I was.I recommend this trimmer kit and would rate it 4.5 stars.
